Legendary Detroit rapper Elzhi and the prolific producer/ rapper Oh-No have joined forces to create Heavy Vibrato. Their collaborative album consists of 12 tracks and appearances of fellow artists. The 12 track LP features Dankery Harv, Guilty Simpson, Blu & PhezRoc.
