One of the most important figures to ever emerge from the British rap and grime scene, Skepta has been a defining force for the sound he represents and for rap culture in general for more than a decade. A prestigious Mercury Prize winner, he has delivered dozens of sold-out large-scale shows and released albums that are now considered historic by many.

His influence extends far beyond music. He remains actively involved in fashion through his own brand, MAINS, in cinema, having starred in the 2024 short film Tribal Mark, and in the visual arts, with his first painting being auctioned by Sotheby’s in 2022. Through all of this, Skepta has built a legacy that very few artists of his generation can match.
