Conway The Machine Hints at a New Griselda Project

Griselda fans may finally be getting the reunion they’ve been waiting for.

During a recent appearance on Rippin’ 2Gether, Conway The Machine revealed that a brand-new Griselda project is officially in the works, instantly sending excitement across the underground hip-hop world.

While Conway didn’t reveal a title or release date, the announcement alone was enough to spark massive anticipation among fans of the Buffalo collective that helped redefine modern East Coast rap over the last decade.

Formed by Westside Gunn alongside Conway The Machine and Benny The Butcher, Griselda built its reputation through raw lyricism, cinematic street storytelling, dusty soul samples, and an unapologetically underground identity that stood in direct contrast to mainstream rap trends. What started as a regional movement quickly evolved into one of the most influential independent hip-hop collectives of the modern era.

The possibility of a new full Griselda project feels especially important because each member has spent the last few years heavily focused on solo ventures and expanding their own brands. Conway launched Drumwork Music Group, Benny The Butcher continued building Black Soprano Family, while Westside Gunn pushed Griselda deeper into fashion, art, wrestling culture, and high-concept creative direction.

Despite their individual success, fans have continued asking for another major Griselda collaboration project — hoping to recapture the chemistry that made releases like WWCD, Flygod, and Tana Talk 3 modern underground classics.

Conway’s comments now suggest those conversations may finally be becoming reality.

The announcement arrives during a moment when Griselda’s influence on hip-hop remains undeniable. The collective helped inspire an entire generation of rappers and producers to embrace gritty production, independent ownership, and authentic storytelling, helping bring boom-bap-inspired rap back into mainstream conversation without sacrificing underground credibility.

Although details remain limited, Conway’s reveal has already reignited excitement throughout the culture, with fans now closely watching for official announcements from Griselda, Westside Gunn, Benny The Butcher, and Conway himself.

If the project comes together as expected, it could easily become one of the most anticipated underground hip-hop releases in recent years.
